Dr. Sally Mohsen Sadek Khalil is a multidisciplinary academic, executive leader, and business consultant with over 15 years of experience in higher education, strategic planning, project management, and human capital development. She currently serves as Executive Director at Deraya University, overseeing Continuing Education, Standardized Testing, and Sustainability, while lecturing in Economics and Project Management. She has founded and scaled key institutional units, including Human Resources, Continuing Education, and Research & Sustainability Centers, and also works as a Business and Learning & Development Consultant, designing competency-based training frameworks.
