Dr. Rabaa Amr Masoud holds a PhD in Strategic Management and is a distinguished Human Resources and Strategy Consultant with extensive experience in both academia and industry. Since 2007, she has served as an HR Professor at the American University in Cairo (AUC) and is also a faculty member at Northampton University UK (Egypt branch), where she teaches and supervises students in HR, strategy, and management. She has built a strong consulting portfolio working with leading organizations including Tharwa Petroleum as a Performance Management Consultant, as well as IDH, Intcore, and ID Bank, bridging the gap between research and practice.
