Dr. Heba Aboraia is a senior digital transformation, strategy, and innovation leader with extensive experience across public sector, IT, and large-scale national projects. She currently serves in leadership roles spanning digital transformation, R&D, PMO, and strategic planning within the Ministry of Military Production, where she has led national initiatives in AI, cybersecurity, performance management, and institutional innovation. Alongside her executive career, she is an academic lecturer in digital strategy and risk management, holding a PhD in Risk and Crisis Management and a Master’s degree in Sustainable Development Planning.
