Dr. Mohamed Adel El Kady is a Human Resources executive and academic with over 16 years of experience in HR leadership, organizational development, talent management, and strategic workforce planning. He currently serves as Human Resources Country Director at Circle K Egypt and has held senior HR positions within the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT), leading recruitment, training, performance management, and organizational development initiatives. Alongside his executive career, he is a distinguished HR instructor, delivering professional and MBA programs at leading institutions including the American University in Cairo (AUC), Misr University for Science and Technology (MUST), the Egyptian Banking Institute (EBI), and the British University in Egypt (BUE).
