Dr. Sherihan Salah El-Din is a performance-driven human resources professional with over 20 years of experience across HR management, KPIs, performance management, customer relations, and project management. She has worked with both established organizations and startups across diverse industries, including retail, FMCG, textile, and electronics, helping organizations enhance performance and achieve strategic objectives. She holds a Master’s degree in International Business from ESLSCA University and is a certified professional trainer from the American University in Cairo, also serving as an academic instructor at AUC and an SHL Associate Consultant.
